I have always had a passion for human relations. Twenty years ago, when I met my husband, we moved countries and I lost my teaching position after having graduated with a French Master's degree in Geography and a New Zealand Teaching Diploma for secondary international high schools.
I went through some life transitions. Having time on my hands, I started practicing meditation and yoga and trained as a Yoga teacher. I studied Buddhism and different Eastern philosophies.
I also came to be curious about my personality through the lens of the Enneagram. It helped me to understand how different parts of myself were organised, therefore I studied this tool at the American Enneagram Institute.
Yet at times, I was still feeling anxious, unsure and afraid.It is IFS therapy that brought healing to my remaining insecurities, which led me to study this effective model, to become a level 3 certified IFS practitioner.
